How fresh is your coffee?

All our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure optimal freshness. For best flavour, we recommend enjoying your coffee within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.

What is Roaster’s Choice?

Roaster’s Choice is our subscription option where we send you a different coffee each delivery. It’s perfect for discovering new origins and flavour profiles.

Can I choose my grind size?

Yes. You can select whole bean or your preferred grind size on the product page before checkout.

How does the subscription work?

You choose:

  • Your preferred coffee (or Roaster’s Choice)

  • Grind size

  • Delivery frequency

Your coffee will automatically be delivered based on your selected schedule. You can manage everything from your account dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. There are no long-term commitments. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Why is my equipment arriving separately?

Some coffee equipment is shipped directly from supplier partners. These items may arrive separately from your coffee order.
